Team Building Session for Healthcare Staff (45-mins)
You’ve got an operation in a theatre. Don’t worry, you won’t be operated on. YOU are the operator. The team building operator.
You walk in, and 30 staff members are milling about ready for the session, not many smiles about. By the end of the session, everyone is in brilliant spirits, smiles all around. Congratulations…you’ve just supported people who save lives 💙
Team Away Day Session for an Amazon Fulfillment Management Team (2.5-hrs)
You wake up. You’ve slept well. And it’s a good job you have, because you have 2.5-hrs of fun to deliver. You’ll be delivering everything that Laughtercise have to offer.
It’s time to deliver for Amazon. You deliver our ‘Amusing Activities’. You deliver our ‘Timed Team Challenges’ and they break a record. There is a lot of shouting. It’s then on to our ‘Battle Royale Games’ and the ‘Grand Finale’.
Smiles galore. You’ve been the best at what you do. You get home. You get in bed and zzzzz you’re asleep.
Online Session for Nurses (45-mins)
It’s 8.30am in the morning. You’ve had your coffee. You’re ready to take on the day. You’ve got a tough commute to work. No train journey this time, but you’ve got to walk down the stairs and head to your office space. What’s first on the agenda? Giving a team of critical care nurses a wonderful dose of wellbeing. You deliver the session. The team love it. They say they feel ready to take on the challenges of the day. Well done you. You’ve just supported people who save lives 💙
Hen Do Laughtercise for a Hen Crew! (1hr)
Things are about to get wild. You’re off to see a hen crew. It’s a 2-hr drive. But it’s OK, you have your tunes and your favourite podcast. And your travel time is paid for.
The session will be in the hens accommodation in the centre of a large city. The lead hen says the hen crew are two things: loud and wild. There are 20 of them. You get there and, well…they are loud!
You go to toilet to take a deep breath 😆
It’s time to start the session. Laughs galore. Smiles galore. You’re laughing so much your cheeks ache too! You build a brilliant rapport with the group. You feel like joining them for the rest of the hen weekend 🤣
Conference Session For A Charity (20-mins)
It’s time to get on the train. Where are you off to? To the centre of the action. What’s the action? To make the hearts of 120 staff members at BHF smile and giggle.
You look inside the room. 120 people. Your own heart beats fast. You’re nervous. Quite anxious. But you’re feeling like this because you are exactly where you are meant to be in life ➡️ Having a huge impact on people.
You take a deep breathe. A quick puff of the cheeks. A quiet word of encouragement to yourself. Your heart is pounding. You walk out. You dive straight into it. And the anxiety fades away…
The highlight of the session is our ‘Head, Shoulders, Knees, CUP!’ game. And you absolutely smash the facilitation of the game:
