Our virtual workshops are amusing. In fact, they are full of our ‘Amusing Activities’. These activities energise everyone’s bodies and minds. They shake up the senses. Seriousness of the world? That can wait. It’s time for serious fun!

It’s time to step up the difficulty! Below is one of our ‘opposite’ games. We give commands and everyone has to do the opposite command. The nurses below are doing level 4 where clap/click and hoho/haha are opposite. Sounds a bit mad huh? But it works a right treat 👇

Q. Do the sessions have to last for a specific time?
A. No not at all. We can work around you. Session lengths can be from 10-mins up to 1-hour.
Q. Can sessions be delivered on Zoom and Teams?
A. Yes, both.
Q. Are there any minimum or maximum numbers?
A. There is no minimum and the maximum is 1000 attendees.
Q. How much does a workshop cost?
A. Our sessions start from £295 and this price covers up to 30 attendees.
Q. Can you cater for people with disabilities or limited mobility?
A. Yes, all our activities are designed with limited mobility in mind.
Q. How much space is needed for attendees?
A. All of our workshop content can be completed sat down, but for some of our activities it’s best to get up and energised, but there is not much moving around at all. If you’re utlilising a session for a conference or away day, everyone will be ok where they are sat.
