Negotiate Pricing Per Hen!
Hen party activity and service providers LOVE big groups (ourselves included). Big groups mean big profit. If you say you’re looking to book an activity for 16+ hens, providers will do a cartwheel in their mind. You should use this to negotiate!
Most providers will have a price per hen. This price might slightly decrease as the number of hens goes up. It is not cheeky for you to ask for a further reduction in the price per hen. I doubt any provider will dig their heels in (we sure wouldn’t!). When we have a hen party for a large group, it’s like getting paid for two sessions. Use this to negotiate!
Same goes for the big bar chains for activities such as Cocktail Making and Bottomless Brunches. You’re taking a large group. If you have 20 hens and the cocktail making is £30 per hen, that’s £600 you’re bringing in the door. And remember, the profit in alcohol is high. They should be rolling out the red carpet. Ask for a discount!
