⛔ Watch Out! ⛔ this game will create bouts of wild laughter!
🏆 Who will crowned the ‘CUP’ Champion? 🏆
We’ve played this game hundreds of times in our Laughtercise Corporate Team Building Workshops and it’s the best game in the world! I mean, just look at the smiles it creates 👇
You will need:
Paper cups (1 per two people)
To line up tables so everyone can be facing each other (like in the videos)
Instructions:
📍 Instruct each person to face another person
📍 Tell everyone that you will be shouting out ‘head’, ‘shoulders’ and ‘knees’ and they have to follow the instruction
📍 Tell everyone that when you shout ‘cup’, they have to grab the cup. First person to grab it wins!
📍 Rotate everyone so they don’t continually face the same person
📍 Tell everyone to count how many wins they have!
📍 The person who has the most wins, is the winner! Or, and this is exciting…you can have the two people who have the most wins compete in the ‘grand final’. Whoever wins, is the champion!
Get the cups and replace them with chocolate. And then have everyone battle it out over chocolate.
Things are about to get wild…

📍 Cadbury’s cream eggs
📍 To line up tables so everyone can be facing each other (like in the videos)
Instructions:
📍 Instruct each person to face another person
📍 Tell everyone that you will be shouting out ‘head’, ‘shoulders’ and ‘knees’ and they have to follow the instruction
📍 Tell everyone that when you shout ‘egg’, they have to grab the egg. First person to grab it wins!
📍 Rotate everyone so they don’t continually face the same person

My name is Aaron and I run Laughtercise. It’s great to have you here reading this resource! We’ve played this game hundreds of times in our Laughtercise Corporate Team Building Workshops and it’s by far the messiest and funniest game ever! I mean, just look at the smiles it creates 👇
You will need:
One tissue box per player (like the kind of box in the video)
Tables for the tissue boxes to be placed on
Instructions:
Step 1 – Decide on whether you’ll play this game 1v1 or as a relay (like in the video)
Step 2 – Make sure you get the first tissue ready to be plucked from each box
Step 3 – Instruct each player that they can only use one hand to remove tissues (one hand to remove the tissues and the other hand on the box)
Step 4 – Instruct everyone that they can only remove 1 tissue at a time
Step 5 – Make sure no one does any digging with their hand to pluck out loads at once!
Step 6 – Get players started on your command and get ready for the mess! 😁

Are you looking for a fun team building game that is simple to facilitate?
Are you looking for a simple game to play at a fundraising event?
If so, this game is for you! 😁
This game is as simple as it gets for facilitation. It’s a great little activity to get everyone on their feet and creates a bit of competition!
You will need:
📍 A coin (ideally a large coin like a 2p or 50p)
Instructions:
📍 Step 1 – Get everyone standing up
📍 Step 2 – Instruct everyone that you will be flipping a coin in the air. Tell them that, as it’s flipping, if you think it’ll land on heads, put your hands on your head. If you think tails, put your hand on your bottom. If you get it right, keep standing. If you get it wrong, sit down
📍 Step 3 – Keep flipping until only one person is standing! (for large groups it will take longer)
