We require to be able to plug in and set up a powerpoint. And ideally to have a microphone, but it’s no problem if there is not one on site, we have loud voices 😀
How much set-up time is required?
Our set-up time is minimal. On average, we’d need about 5-10 mins to be fully set-up.
Is there a limit on attendees?
No limit at all! The more the merrier.
Can you provide food and drinks?
We provide prizes but food and drinks is not our expertise I’m afraid.
Can you cater for people with disabilities or limited mobility?
Yes, all our battles have been deisgned with limited mobility in mind and most of them can be completed sitting down.

Instruct each person to face another person
Tell everyone that you will be shouting out ‘head’, ‘shoulders’ and ‘knees’ and they have to follow the instruction
Tell everyone that when you shout ‘cup’, they have to grab the cup. First person to grab it wins!
Rotate everyone so they don’t continually face the same person
Tell everyone to count how many wins they have!

📍When you say ‘jump’, everyone has to jump around and show two numbers on their hands
📍As quick as they can, they have to count the total on their hands AND their opponents hands
📍First person to say the correct number and go BANG! wins the round!
📍Move people around so that people keep playing against new opponents
📍Play the game until you have a clear winner, with the most amount of victories, and declare them champion!

📍 Paper cups (1 per two people)
📍 To line up tables so everyone can be facing each other (like in the videos)
Instructions:
📍 Instruct each person to face another person
📍 Tell everyone that you will be shouting out ‘head’, ‘shoulders’ and ‘knees’ and they have to follow the instruction
📍 Tell everyone that when you shout ‘cup’, they have to grab the cup. First person to grab it wins!
📍 Rotate everyone so they don’t continually face the same person
📍 Tell everyone to count how many wins they have!

📍Just the participants and a facilitator 😀
Facilitator Instructions:
📍Line up everyone up so they can be facing each other (like in the videos), it helps if you lay out chairs
📍When you say ‘jump’, everyone has to jump around and show two numbers on their hands
📍As quick as they can, they have to count the total on their hands AND their opponents hands
📍First person to say the correct number and go BANG! wins the round!
📍Move people around so that people keep playing against new opponents
📍Play the game until you have a clear winner, with the most amount of victories, and declare them champion!

Check out several teams having pencil fun! 👇
Step 1 – Split your group into two teams (or more teams if you have more than 20 people)
Step 2 – Place one empty drinks bottle on a table for each team
Step 3 – Give two pencils to each person and instruct them to place the pencil like in the below picture 👇
Step 4 – Instruct everyone that they have to get both pencils into the bottle (like in the video)
Step 5 – Make sure you put some pencils in the water bottles before you start to weigh the bottles down
Step 6 – First team with all their pencils in the bottle wins 😁

Two pencils per person
Two empty bottles (non-glass!), more if you have +20 people

You will need:
One tissue box per player (make sure its the similar kind of box to the one in the video)
Tables for the tissue boxes to be placed on
Instructions:
Step 1 – Decide on whether you’ll play this game 1v1 or as a relay (like in the video)
Step 2 – Make sure you get the first tissue ready to be plucked from each box
Step 3 – Instruct each player that they can only use one hand to remove tissues (one hand to remove the tissues and the other hand on the box)
Step 4 – Instruct everyone that they can only remove 1 tissue at a time
Step 5 – Make sure no one does any digging with their hand to pluck out loads at once!
Step 6 – Get players started on your command and get ready for the mess! 😁

You will need:
All your team to be standing in a circle (like in the video)
**There are multiple levels to this game**
Level 1 instructions:
Step 1 – Tell everyone that they will be timed how fast they can pass a clap around the circle. Pick someone to clap first. As soon as they clap, the person on their left has to clap. Then the person on their left, and so on etc.
Step 2 – Make sure the first person to clap goes exactly on your command to go
Step 3 – Get them started and time them!
Step 4 – Give them 5 goes to post the fastest time
Step 5 – Play the game at a later date and see if they can beat their previous PB!
Level 2 instructions:
Step 1 – Tell everyone that they will be timed how fast they can pass a ‘low ten’ and ‘high ten’ around the circle (like in the video). Pick someone to go first to pass on a ‘low ten’ to the person to their left. After receiving the ‘low ten’, that person then has to pass a ‘high ten’ to the person on their left. This needs to go around the circle (low to high to low to high etc.) until it returns to the starting person.
Steps 2 to 5 – Same as level 1

You will need:
1 paper plate (or piece of card) per person
1 pen per person
Instructions:
Step 1 – Instruct everyone to put their paper plate on their head
Step 2 – Instruct everyone to draw a picture on the paper plate. You can pick what picture they draw. Maybe you’re talking about customer care and you can get everyone to draw a smiling customer. Or if it’s Easter, get them to draw an Easter egg
Step 3 – Instruct everyone to write their name underneath their drawing
Step 4 – Give them 1 minute and get them to draw!
Step 5 – After 1 minute, ask everyone to remove the plate and show to everyone around them

We don’t require much equipment at all. Just come chairs, a few tables and a lot of energy from your team! It helps if the room is big, but sessions in small rooms will be fine.
It’s kind of up to you. 30-min sessions are doable, 1-hr sessions, 2-hrs, and right up to 4-hrs is fine with us. Most organisers we work with choose our ‘Super-Charger’ package which lasts from 1hr-2hrs.

📍 Step 2 – Instruct everyone that you will be flipping a coin in the air. Tell them that, as it’s flipping, if you think it’ll land on heads, put your hands on your head. If you think tails, put your hand on your bottom. If you get it right, keep standing. If you get it wrong, sit down
📍 Step 3 – Keep flipping until only one person is standing! (for large groups it will take longer)

📍Line up everyone up so they can be facing each other (like in the videos), it helps if you lay out chairs

Instructions:
Step 1 – Decide on whether you’ll play this game all together or as a relay (like in the video)

Step 3 – Instruct each player that they can only use one hand to remove tissues (one hand to remove the tissues and the other hand on the box)
Step 4 – Instruct everyone that they can only remove 1 tissue at a time
Step 5 – Make sure no one does any digging with their hand to pluck out loads at once!

📍 Use music. If you don’t utilise music, you’ll miss an opportunity (a very easy opportunity) to energise your group. Upbeat music, with a high tempo, is the best music to use as our neutrons fire in synchrony to the beat, which means happy music has an energising effect. According to recent research, music triggers the hormones oxytocin and serotonin, responsible for bonding and trust. As people enter your conference or meeting (and leave for breaks), pop some music on. Music is energy!
📍 Mix things up. Don’t give everyone death by PowerPoint. If you want to watch an hilarious video about how not to use PowerPoint, check out this video by comedian Don McMillan. Have presentations and PowerPoint slides, but mix things up by inserting elements like video segments, brainstorming sessions and speeches from motivational speakers.
📍 Get everyone on their feet. Research shows that exercise helps strengthen memory, aids concentration and – most importantly – increases energy levels. We’re not saying to get everyone doing burpees and sprints around the room, but shaking everyone’s senses up is a great idea to increase energy.

If your audiences mental energy is low, what is said will – most likely – be forgotten.
And then the whole purpose of the conference or meeting is lost.
The best way to energise at a conference is to add activities that shakes everyone’s senses up. The most effective mentality towards conference energisers is this… they achieve a goal. The goal is to increase concentration and energy levels. It’s easy to slip into the mentality of ‘energisers will take up precious time that we could use for presentations’. But what is the point of presenting information if everyone’s energy levels are low and nothing gets remembered? And conference energisers only have to last 5-minutes anyway. Would you sacrifice 5 minutes for a significant increase in concentration levels from your audience…?
At several points, you almost want to do the opposite of what everyone has been doing in the conference.
Have there been lots of spoken presentations? Add in video segments ⚡
Has everyone been sitting down for a long period? Get them standing up for 5-minutes to do an activity ⚡
Has the room been dark for a long time? Put the lights on and do an activity ⚡

We don’t require much equipment at all. Just come chairs, a few tables and a lot of energy from your team! It helps if the room is big, but sessions in small rooms will be fine.
It’s kind of up to you. 30-min sessions are doable, 1-hr sessions, 2-hrs, and right up to 4-hrs is fine with us. Most organisers we work with choose our ‘Super-Charger’ package which lasts from 1hr-2hrs.
